Our coaches actively cue, correct, and adjust exercises so you can train safely and effectively, session after session. WOD and Mobility classes are limited to a maximum of 8 people, allowing for close coaching and precise movement feedback. Strength 75 is built around progressive, real strength training, creating a supportive environment for spotting, encouragement, and shared progress.

Level Method — Clarity, Structure, and Progress You Can See
At Ideal Health, we believe progress should feel clear, purposeful, and sustainable. That’s why we use Level Method, a structured system that helps you understand where you are in your fitness journey and what your next step should be.
Level Method gives every member a simple, visual roadmap for development. Instead of random scaling or guesswork, your training is guided by clear levels that reflect your current capacity, whether you’re building foundational strength or refining advanced performance.

Level Method brings consistency and direction to your weekly training. You don’t have to wonder if you’re doing “enough”, your progress is visible and purposeful. Once that structure is in place, we layer in real-time feedback tools, like heart-rate monitoring, to help fine-tune how you train inside every session.
That’s where Morpheus comes in.
Smarter training with Heart Rate Feedback – Morpheus
We bring science into every training session by using the Morpheus heart-rate system, so you can train at the right intensity for your body, every session.
Using Morpheus is optional, but it’s a valuable tool if you enjoy training with real-time feedback instead of guesswork.
During class you can use one of our Morpheus monitors or connect your own compatible device. Your heart-rate zones appear in real time with clear color coding, helping you see how hard you’re working and how quickly you recover between sets.
Our coaches use this information to adjust work and rest intervals on the fly, ensuring the right balance of strength, power, and conditioning for long-term progress.
You’ll also get a clear picture of your weekly training load, which allows us to give more precise recommendations that support sustainable improvement. After each session, your training summary is available in the Morpheus Coach app.
Outside the gym, your own Morpheus sensor (€85) lets you complete a daily recovery test at home. In just 140 seconds, the app provides your Recovery Score, readiness zones, and suggested time in each training zone based on your goals.
Your data is synced directly to our coaching platform, giving us insight into how your training affects you — so we can fine-tune your program, add load when you’re ready, and emphasize recovery when needed.
The result is simple: smarter programming, steadier progress, and fewer setbacks — helping you build strength and confidence through consistent, evidence-based training.

It’s designed for people who want to feel strong, capable, and confident, not by pushing through pain or extremes, but by building a routine that fits real life and actually lasts.
Whether you’re new to training, getting back into it or just changing approach to training, Kickstart helps you create a clear starting point and a plan you can trust.

1 Month All In Membership
Our most flexible membership gives you unlimited access to all group classes and gym access daily from 5:00–23:00. You’ll start building your training routine in a supportive environment where everyone shows up to grow and get better, together.
