Our customer service is available at our Punavuori location

- Mondays: 15:00-18:00
- Wednesdays: 15:00-18:00
- Fridays: 10:00-14:00
You can also reach us from Monday to Friday from 9 am to 7 pm by email/phone. If we can’t answer the phone, we’ll call you back.
Gym memberships are available at our Punavuori location.
The gym is open to our members from Monday to Sunday 05:00-23:00.
Arriving
Kamppi
The Kamppi branch is located 500m away from the Kamppi Center, which is easily accessible from anywhere in the Helsinki metropolitan area, and you can walk easily from there. The office is located at street level, and there are city-monitored paid parking spaces nearby for those arriving by car.
Please note that access to our treatment room is via a spiral staircase.

Töölö
You can conveniently reach our reception by public transport via Runeberginkatu with trams and buses. It’s approximately a 300m walk from Runeberginkatu.
Several buses and trams also run from the Mannerheimintie side. The walking distance from Mannerheimintie to our reception is approximately 300m.
For those arriving by car, there are paid parking spaces in front of the reception on both Northern and Southern Hesperiankatu.

Punavuori
Our Punavuori branch is located near Hietalahti Market Square at Bulevardi 54 (inner courtyard). There are paid parking spaces available at the square for those arriving by car. Public transportation options include buses and trams, and there is a convenient spot for bicycles in the inner courtyard.
