Osteopathy
Osteopathy is a form of treatment for musculoskeletal disorders and pain. Ideal Health’s osteopaths are also skilled in providing necessary functional and therapeutic exercises to help alleviate your condition and prevent future issues.
Physiotherapy
You can book a session with a physiotherapist and an OMT physiotherapist with or without a doctor’s referral.
OMT-Physiotherapy
Orthopedic Manual Therapy, or OMT Physiotherapy, is a specialized field of physiotherapy that focuses on the assessment of a person’s physical function, examination and therapy of nerve, muscle, and joint structures, as well as the prevention of functional disorders and pain conditions.
A referral to physiotherapy from doctor
You can also come for physiotherapy without a doctor’s referral! You can attend both physiotherapist and OMT physiotherapist appointments with or without a referral. You have the right to request a referral in paper form, allowing you to seek physiotherapy from the provider that best suits you. A referral does not obligate you to use services from a specific medical company or other provider.
Note! We do not charge a fee for appointments canceled at least 24 hours in advance, and you can cancel via the link provided in the booking confirmation. The cancellation link in the appointment calendar works up to 24 hours before the start of the booking. After this time, cancellations must be made by phone or email. Ideal Health reserves the right to invoice according to the price list for missed or late-cancelled appointments.
Student and retiree discount
Students and retirees are entitled to a 10% discount on individual classical and sports massage services starting between Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm. This discount does not apply to massage gift cards or special massages such as TMJ massage or prenatal massage. You can book a regular massage at any of our locations and claim the discount by presenting the following documents during payment:
Students can show common student cards (such as Frank, Pivo, High School Student Card, etc.) or a certificate of attendance. Individuals over 65 are eligible for the senior citizen discount directly. Those under 65 but retired can avail the discount by presenting their pension card, Kela pensioner card, or any equivalent pension certificate.
Payment methods
We accept the most common bank and credit cards, MobilePay, Smartum Massage Balance, ePassi Well-being, and Edenred Massage Benefit (via mobile payment app).
Gift cards
You can also conveniently order gift and series cards for sports massage, osteopathy, and physiotherapy from us online. The best way to purchase gift and series cards is through our online store. Note! If you want to purchase a gift card with employment benefits (Edenred, ePassi, Smartum), please contact us by email. If you have any questions about purchasing a gift card, you can always contact us. We are happy to help!
You can also pick up the gift card directly from our premises if needed!
The gift card is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase, and you can use it as a payment method at any of our locations.
The price list for gift cards is the same as above unless there is a separate campaign in progress. For larger quantities, ask for our offer! You can also purchase a gift for your employees at a contract price, such as a massage, physiotherapy, or osteopathy session, to promote their well-being at work!
