Gym Memberships

All our memberships are ongoing memberships with a one (1) month notice period for termination. We reserve the right to make changes.

All our coaching packages include access to the Punavuori branch gym facilities from Monday to Sunday 05:00-23:00. We reserve the right to make changes.

Book a free consultation with our physiotherapist or coach!

During the consultation, you’ll meet with our coach or physiotherapist. You’ll receive professional recommendations to get started, ensuring the best possible beginning for your new hobby. The consultation is also a great option when you’re looking for a new coach to support your training.

The consultation includes:

A 30-minute free meeting with a physiotherapist or coach
Free body composition measurement (optional, valued at €30)

Professional tips for the next steps.

Beginner’s Course

All of our group members participate in a Beginner’s Course before joining other group classes.

During the beginner’s course, you’ll learn to master the basic movements we use and the methods for safe training. You’ll discover your strengths and areas for improvement and begin using the Level Method system, which allows you to train at a level that suits you and progress step by step.

The beginner’s course (duration 6 weeks) includes:

  • 1 x 60 min. Full Health Checkup session with our coach
  • 3 x 60 min. Coach meetings to learn basic techniques and determine your starting level
  • 4 weeks of unlimited access to guided classes and the gym (gym available Monday-Sunday 05-23)

  2. We’ll contact you no later than the next business day to start your personal beginner’s sessions.
