At Ideal Health’s small group classes, you’ll train functional exercises in small groups under the guidance of a coach.

  • Our guided sessions are suitable for all fitness levels.

  • The maximum number of participants per group is 8 people.

It all starts with the beginner’s course!

In the beginner classes, you’ll learn the basic techniques of our guided sessions and get to meet our coach in person. After the beginner classes, you’ll be ready to join our small group sessions in Helsinki’s best training community!

What happens at the group classes?

Our functional training classes are based on versatile Level Method programming, suitable for both beginners and experienced fitness enthusiasts. In our small group sessions, you’ll receive personalized coaching, allowing for adjustments of movements to fit your needs and goals.

The classes include activities to elevate your heart rate, strength training, and functional movements that enhance your overall fitness and movement skills.

For new members, we highly recommend our beginner’s course, where you’ll learn our fundamental movements and safe training methods. Additionally, you’ll receive personalized support to help you reach your goals. After completing the beginner’s course, you’ll be ready to join our guided classes.

What is Level Method?

In our guided small group sessions, we utilize Level Method programming. The movements and exercises used in Level Method are familiar to many from CrossFit classes.

The programming of the classes takes into account all fitness levels. Each participant in our classes trains at their own suitable level. Consequently, you’ll often find beginners and experienced individuals training harmoniously together in the same session!

It all starts with our basic course, where you’ll learn the fundamentals of Level Method and discover your strengths and areas for improvement. Training with Level Method works similarly to martial arts, where practitioners progress from a white belt gradually towards more advanced levels. With this system, we initially determine your “belt rank,” guiding you to perform exercises tailored to your level from the very first class.

After the beginner’s course, Level Method is also used in our Workout of the Day (WOD) classes. The system assists you in choosing exercises that are always suitable for you and provides an easily understandable, enjoyable, and effective tool to track your progress!

Beginner’s Course 250€

The Beginner’s Course is an excellent way to start your training at Ideal Health. You’ll learn our fundamental techniques, receive personalized guidance based on your starting level, and join our guided classes!

The course (total duration of 6 weeks) includes:

  • Full Health Checkup meeting with our coach
  • 3 x 1-on-1 beginner’s sessions with our coach (3 x 60 min.)
  • 1-month Unlimited membership after the beginner’s sessions (unlimited access to the gym and guided classes)

What is included?

When is the next course?

At the moment, all our courses are available as private lessons!

  • Purchase the course from our online store, and we’ll contact you no later than the next business day.
  • You’ll receive four hours of private instruction from our coach for the course.
  • After this, you’ll be ready to join our regular weekly classes.
