Before I started small group training at Ideal Health in Helsinki, my exercise background was fairly sporadic. I walked a lot, but didn’t regularly engage in any sport. I had tried different sports for short periods, but nothing seemed to keep me motivated for long. Before small group training, I had been completely without regular exercise for three years. I wanted to find a place where I could create a routine that would become a lasting part of my life.

Regular training has changed my everyday life in many ways. Before starting the training, I was often tired after a workday. Now I notice that I have more energy and can manage daily tasks better. Training has become an important part of my life, and nowadays I train four times a week without it feeling burdensome.
Regular training has brought so many positive changes both physically and mentally that it’s hard to imagine life without it. Training is both a way for me to relieve stress and a source of energy that helps me cope better on a daily basis.
