Performance testing for athletes, active individuals, and sports clubs
In our testing services, you’ll find options tailored for both individuals and sports clubs. Our tests provide valuable insights into various aspects such as maximal strength, explosive power, agility, and also identify any asymmetries in the body. Based on the results, training programs can be developed to enhance desired attributes. Our tests provide athletes and fitness enthusiasts with a comprehensive overview of their performance capabilities.
Available at our Punavuori location or on-site at your sports club
Our testing services are available at our Punavuori location. For sports clubs, we can also come to your facilities as needed and conduct tests on-site. Our testing services cater to both individual athletes and teams.
Jump tests on force plates
On force plates, the test battery includes:
- Countermovement jump
- Squat jump (static)
- Drop jump
- Reactive strength index
In addition, we use other jump tests in our assessments, such as standing long jump and lateral jump tests, to comprehensively assess various directions of force production. We utilize Kinvent Deltas force platforms for testing.
Maximal strength tests
On force platforms, we can also assess isometric force production at desired joint angles, which we tailor to the specific force production angles relevant to the sport.
Isometric tests enable the evaluation of maximal force production, force production speed, and identify any asymmetries in the body.
We also have equipment for measuring force production, which allows for highly specific measurement of force production in individual muscle groups, for instance, in rehabilitation settings.

Enhance programming and prevent injuries
Athletes from various sports utilize our testing services. We use the information gathered from testing to guide training programming, enabling us to enhance the specific attributes required by each sport.
By testing for the characteristics demanded by the sport, we can also prevent potential overuse injuries by directing training towards areas where athletes have sufficient capacity for their sport. Testing also allows us to monitor the development of an athlete’s attributes as well as their recovery.
