Julien Bobet

Physiotherapist, Sports physiotherapist.

I’m a French sport physiotherapist specializing in musculoskeletal rehabilitation, with a particular focus on shoulder and running-related injuries. I work in English and French and I am doing my best in Finnish.

The people I work with are physically active adults, recreational athletes who want to get back to their sport and/or performance, dealing with acute or chronic injuries. I focus on active, evidence-based rehabilitation tailored to each client’s goals, with a real focus on long-term recovery rather than temporary symptom relief.

I make your recovery, my priority.

I have a background in competitive football, but it´s in running that I have achieved the most (also in term of injuries…). My track record started with 10k races, moving on to ultra trails (90k being the longest so far) and long distance triathlon. This training history helps me understand the demands of endurance sports and how to support a confident return to the sport after injury.

I continuously improve my clinical skills through further education and professional courses, to deliver the most up-to-date treatment and information for your injury.
