Personal Trainer, Strength Coach

I have been working full-time as a Personal Trainer since 2012, so for well over 10 years.

My clients have included recreational exercisers, beginner gym-goers, more experienced strength trainers, and individuals aiming to improve their performance in a specific sport. People come to me when they want to develop their strength, mobility (flexibility combined with strength), and boost their energy and endurance in everyday life. I also work with clients who want to build muscle mass, increase explosive strength, or achieve milestones like performing their first pull-up.

As a coach, I am calm, patient, and present. I value a client-centered approach and help my clients find the types of movement that lead to positive experiences. Supporting recovery is also very important to me—especially since I have personal experience with overtraining.

When you train with me, you’ll work effectively and safely using free weights and your own bodyweight, while developing strength, mobility, and body control. We will also identify which areas of your body need more mobility or stability, and we’ll address those through your training program. Good mobility not only makes everyday life easier but also helps you get into safe and effective positions during various exercises.

For longer-term coaching and more advanced trainees, I always plan training programs at least 3 months ahead. I structure training phases around different physical attributes to maximize results. So if you want to become stronger, more agile, and more energetic, my coaching is for you.

In addition to strength training, I’ve practiced cross-country skiing, running, kendo, Bujinkan Budo Taijutsu, bouldering, Bolognese fencing, and parkour. My most recent hobby is Krav Maga, a self-defense discipline. Besides physical activity, I also enjoy role-playing games and drawing.
