Bea Högdal

Personal trainer, Small group coach

I work with clients who are committed to improving their overall health and well-being, whether that means gaining muscle, losing weight, or simply moving and feeling better in their daily lives.

My background is in dance. As a teenager, I trained at the Finnish National Ballet School and later graduated as a professional dancer in London. Unfortunately, my career was cut short due to the toll that poor lifestyle choices and inadequate training practices took on my body.

Determined to understand what went wrong and how it could have been prevented, I pursued further studies in London, earning a Master’s degree in Strength and Conditioning from Greenwich University. This journey has given me deep insights into the importance of proper training and health management, especially for dancers.

Today, I use my knowledge and experience to help others avoid the mistakes I made, making me particularly suited to support dancers in reaching their full potential. My goal is to ensure that my clients achieve their health and fitness goals while maintaining a balanced and sustainable lifestyle.
