Emmi Lindgren

My journey in the fitness and health industry began in 2011. So far, I have had the opportunity to work as an entrepreneur, in sports clubs, and in fitness companies of various sizes. Along the way, my roles have included individual and group coaching, sales, customer service, leadership, training, and development. I started working at our Punavuori location in 2020 with Stadi Fit Oy at the time, coaching small group classes. Over the years, my role has evolved, and since July 2021, I have been working as our company’s Chief Operating Officer.

Today, we operate from three locations in downtown Helsinki, alongside a skilled team and wonderful customers. What drives me is the desire to provide local, community-based, and high-quality fitness and health services. As COO, my task is to take good care of our customers, staff, and facilities.

In my free time, I enjoy spending time with family and friends. My hobbies include basketball, running, and reading.
